    As a Veson Nautical Recruiter, you will be the main driver in bringing new talent to a growing, global, fast-paced team. You will own the full life-cycle recruitment process for positions across all of our global offices and ensure an impressive candidate and manager hiring experience from beginning to end. You will be responsible for understanding hiring manager needs, creating a strong candidate pipeline, managing the interview process, and bringing all open roles to the final offer stages.


    This position is a great role for someone who is excited to handle both the strategic and tactical processes that are involved with talent acquisition and is driven by the idea of making a material impact within a thriving market-leading organization with a global reach.


    • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting including in depth knowledge of passive candidate sourcing techniques
    • Professional, polished, reliable in addition to a flexible approach  
    • Absolute discretion pertaining to confidential information 
    • Self-starter attitude and enthusiasm when working independently and as part of a team 
    • High sense of urgency, drive and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done 
    • Keen ability to follow instructions and understand those instructions with little or no follow up
    • Ability to properly multi-task and prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business, organizational, or client implications
    • Experience working at rapidly growing technology-focused start-up company preferred 
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
    • Ability to travel to Universities and other Recruiting Events
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent
